I love reading this post! I'm only a reader, and love your books, don't think I'll ever be able to write something of my own, but to watch how the story developed from 3 books to now 8 books is awesome!

I feel like you have to make it 9 books though, to make it a Tri-trilogy.

I will also say, while i was reading Hag, it felt like it was going for a wrap up but in the end, it didn't.

I thought it was going to wrap up with Hag, too! I'm still making my plans for what happens after my current work-in-progress, so stay tuned for more announcements!

As long as you have fun with it, so will the readers. When you start dragging, it's time to look elsewhere. That's my 2 cents anyway... It's how I feel with my recurrent characters. As long as they give me joy, I'll stick with them!

I feel exactly the same way. Rest assured, if I continue the series beyond Book 8, it will be because I still have fresh ideas and I’m still excited about the character.

I don't know if the humble opinion of a humble man writing humble things so humbly counts, but you could just keep on going. I mean, no one says you can't write other series while you're still chugging along with this one! P.S. Stay humble.

Well, I’ve never been that humble. I’ve got at least two more Southerland books in me. Working on two series set in the same world might work for me.

TLDR. Nah, Im joking, of course. This was highlarious, potent n truthful. Read da WHOLE thang.... and DEMON'S DAGGER is next level. Highly recommended. Also A TROLL WALKS INTO A BAR was/is the perfect jump-off for the series.

Thanks man! You KNOW I appreciate you! I also know how much you prefer the micro-fiction and cut-it-to-the-bone short stories, so I'm honored that you read my books. If Southerland read him some Pimpfucious, all his problems would be solved!

Actually, thats not a bad idea. We need to Collab em somehow. Like they do in Comicbooks. Superman Meets Batman type-a-shit or sumpen.
